High School Faith Formation
OLQA Youth Ministry Exists ...
To welcome youth unconditionally into our Catholic family
To empower them to grow in their faith
To encourage participation in the life of the Church community
To help them recognize their gifts and use them
To honor God with their lives.
“This Mass is ended”, “Go in Peace to love and serve the Lord”. Something we hear every Sunday. High School Youth Ministry teaches that this is just the beginning for our youth and all those who committed to the call of his or her own Baptism. Senior High Youth Ministry focuses on leading High School youth in knowing, loving, and growing in God through Jesus Christ. Focusing on sacred Catholic tradition, the scriptures, and community awareness, it is our hope that all teens and young adults in our community grow confident in the Catholic faith and find that they all have an integral part in the Body of Christ.
